Deki Alem Tease Debut Album With Blazing Hot Single “House Fire”

Deki Alem’s latest single “House Fire” is a sweat-soaked sonic frenzy that sees the duo fired up in the run-up to their debut album Forget In Mass, set to release August 8.
The pair, made up of twin brothers Sammy and Johnny Boakye Bennett from Gothenburg, Sweden, have amassed a cult following since popping out on the scene in 2022 with their debut double single “Razor/Wet Paint.” Since then, the brothers have released two EPs and a live album, garnering fans in Sweden’s underground punk-rave scene and across the EU and UK.
“House Fire” comes on the heels of their lead single “Fun,” both of which find the duo’s club rap, punk, and grime sonic sensibilities finely tuned. “House Fire” is a track that, while chaotic and dark, also feels methodical and invigorating like moving through the Matrix.
Thus far, the Forget In Mass rollout has been as enigmatic and alluring as the pair themselves. Sweaty live show clips, '90s drugged-fueled music videos, and guerrilla-style promotion pair nicely with the duo’s heavily punk-influenced sound to create a Deki Alem world that we certainly are excited to see more of.
